On December 2, the Business Support Office participated in the sitting of the SME Cooperation Working Group of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs. The National Assembly-SME sector cooperation platform has decided to resume the meetings and meet regularly to solve SME problems.
The members of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs chaired by Babken Tunyan had a meeting-discussion with the representatives of the SME cooperation working group attached to the committee.
Emphasizing the importance of joint work, Babken Tunyan noted that the structure will become a unique platform for presenting the existing problems and the ways to solve them.
He informed that a working group for quick response to economic issues will also function, the aim of which is to urgently solve the problems faced by businessmen.
The members of the SME Association also highlighted the need for cooperation, proposing a complete inventory of existing problems and, as a matter of priority, organizing meetings and discussions.
During the discussion, issues related to profit tax, legislative regulations on public procurement, transport network activities, road freight, agricultural cooperatives, investments were also touched upon.
