The BSO is a part of new PPD platform between the National Assembly and SME sector

On February 15th the BSO took part in a meeting at the National Assembly, where a memorandum of cooperation between representatives of seven non-governmental organizations, representing the interests of SME sector, and the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, represented by Babken Tunyan, was signed.

The Committee Chairperson informed that the aim of the platform is to ensure a stable dialogue between the organizations representing small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to reveal the legislative problems impeding the development of SMEs, to analyze them, to present to the commission members recommendations on legislative amendments.

According to Babken Tunyan, through the platform, it is envisaged to organize discussions, hearings and come up with a common view on the legislative draft laws submitted to the Committee for SMEs.
